Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
5280 Access ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at 5280access.com, our AI-assisted phone support service, and any related communications by SMS or email.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Contact details — name, business name, email address, phone number, building or facility name, and the message you submit through our contact form.
- Support call content — when you call our AI support line, we capture an audio recording and/or transcript of the conversation, including any building, hardware, and troubleshooting details you share.
- Account information — if you create an account for the building portal, we store credentials, PINs, and your building's hardware inventory and service history.
- Reorder requests — name, shipping address, billing information, and items requested.
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. By default, analytics storage is denied until you accept the cookie banner. Data collected may include pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device type, and referring URL.
- Caller phone number — when you call our support line, your phone number is automatically logged so we can route follow-up texts and identify return callers.
- Call duration and metadata — start time, end time, and outcome of each support call.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-assisted technical support and resolve your service requests.
- To send requested follow-up materials by SMS or email (wiring diagrams, call summaries, part links).
- To maintain a service history for your building so future calls benefit from prior context.
- To process reorders and ship requested credentials and hardware.
- To improve our service, including refining the AI's responses based on past interactions.
- To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect our rights.
How We Share Your Information

- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for AI voice responses.
- Google Analytics — anonymized website usage analytics.

Each of these providers is contractually bound to handle your data only for the purposes we direct. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

When you consent to receive text messages from us — verbally during a support call, by checking the consent box on our contact form, or by texting an opt-in keyword (such as START, SUBSCRIBE, JERRY, or SUPPORT) to (510) 322-2377 — you agree to receive messages related to your service requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide service, plus a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Call transcripts are retained as part of your building's service history. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us — see below.
